We begin by conducting an initial analysis of each client's specific requirements and then oversee the planning, tendering and construction phases in collaboration with our architects and contractors. At the end of the process, we hand over the building to the tenant.

From Requirements to Specifications
Customer wishes and requirements are systematically identified and translated into clear objectives: space requirements, production or logistics processes, safety requirements, sustainability goals such as energy efficiency and CO2 reduction, expansion options, and requirements regarding utilities and transport links.
We facilitate workshops, resolve conflicting priorities between budget, quality and time, and draw up a robust set of specifications. This creates a common basis for planning, tendering and the subsequent implementation of the construction project.
Developments Within the Operational Industrial Park
We plan projects for our clients whilst taking ongoing operations into account. In doing so, we coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders and organise the construction process in such a way as to minimise disruption. This includes site logistics, temporary utility routing, temporary traffic management, and clear guidelines for safety and access control.
Planning Coordination and Project Management
During the planning phase, we ensure structure and efficiency. We manage collaboration with our in-house or external architects and specialist planners across all service phases of the HOAI.
Quality Assurance and Schedule Management
During the construction phase, we ensure that the work carried out complies with the agreed scope of services and that the project is completed on time, right through to final inspection and the start of the tenancy. Following this, we manage the property and act as the point of contact for our tenants throughout the entire tenancy period, covering the entire value chain.
